教学目标

【知识目标】

【能力目标】能运用询问物品所属的句型自由交流；通过听力训练,提高综合听说能力。

重点：1.学习新词汇及询问如何拼写词汇的句型。2.通过听说训练来让学生熟练掌握询问物品所属或寻找物品的主人的句型。

Step 1　自主学习

【新词自查】

根据句意及汉语提示完成句子。

T：Now look at 1a.Here are some new words in the box and a picture below the box.Match the words with the things in the picture.

Work on 1b.

1.T：Now please work with your partner,practice the conversation in 1b.Use the words in 1a.

2.Ask some pairs to act out the conversation.

设计意图：通过辨识常见物品,巩固词汇baseball,watch,computer game,ID card,notebook,ring,bag等的书写；通过对话的方式,呈现询问单词如何拼写的新句型“How do you spell it？”

Step 4　While-listening

Work on 1c.

T：Listen to the conversations.Pay special attention to the names of objects.You will hear some of the names,not all of them.Circle each item whose name is mentioned in the conversations in 1a.

(Play the recording twice.Students listen and circle the items.)

设计意图：引导学生抓住所需的关键信息,即“物品名称”。

Work on 1d.

T：Please look at the two pictures in 1d.One is Linda,and the other is Mike.Listen to the conversations again.This time you will pay attention to the things Linda and Mike are looking for.Then write down the names of the things under each person's picture.

(Play the recording for the students to write down the words.)

设计意图：学生通过熟悉对话中的人物,抓关键信息“lost things”

T：Let Ss make conversations about the things in 1d.

知识点拨

▲baseball

baseball是一个合成词,意为“棒球”。由base＋ball构成,类似的还有：basketball,football,volleyball等。

“play＋球类名词”表示“打……球”。这个结构中,球类名词前不能加任何冠词。

▲watch

作名词,意为“手表”,复数形式为watches。

作动词,意为“观看；注视”,后接电视、比赛、节目等作宾语。

▲How do you spell it？你怎么拼写它？

本句相当于Spell it,please./Can you spell it？回答时,用大写字母,并带有连字符号。如：

—How do you spell watch?

—W-A-T-C-H.

完成《名师测控》相关练习。

本节课我首先通过核心句型的引入,检查学生对词汇和句型的掌握,为学生打好听力基础。然后通过听力练习,检查学生是否能听懂目标词汇与基本句型；是否能用目标词汇回答问题；是否能够通过反复朗诵课文,用目标词汇和句型创编新的对话,达到了比较理想的效果。
