Step I Lead-in
This topic is difficult for students. So teacher should help the students learn more about it. Do this in the way of asking and answering questions.
T: just now ,we saw a video about Sun Wukong .He is very great .He was born in rock .He has sharp eyes which can find out all the monsters.The most important is,he can clone many little monkeys.who can tell me which sentence are about cloning?Can you sing it?
Look at pictures
T: Look at the pictures and discuss which ones are natural clones and which ones are man-made. Then explain how they differ.
S: I think the twins are natural clones and the Dolly sheep is man-made.
T: You are right! Can you explain how they differ?
S: The twins were born at the same time, but the Dolly sheep is man-made.
T: Anything else? Who want have a try?
S: I think the identical dog is man-made.
T: Good job!

The students reflected well in class ,but it was still difficult for them to master all those important points.
They have known how to quickly and effectively discuss with each other and they tried to use English in class as possible as they can.
I should widen their horizon and develop their knowledge.
Personally speaking,I think this class is pretty good.

3、充分利用教材中的练习,拓展和巩固词汇;

6、通过阅读,培养学生在语境中通过上下文来学习记忆和收集整理词汇。
词汇教学也是英语学习中一个最重要的组成部分,它就像盖高楼大厦的建筑材料一样,没有这些材料,高楼就盖不起来。因此,从某种程度上说,一个人的词汇量决定着他的阅读水平。由此可见,在教学中教师应该要求学生在大量阅读的基础上养成做摘记的好习惯,随时随地记录下阅读中碰到的有用的词、短语、精彩的句子和短文,并经常翻阅熟悉背诵,进而多加模仿运用,让优美的词、各种表达法熟记于心,为提高语言运用能力和培养语感,奠定基础。
总之,教师要认真履行新课改倡导的以人为本的理念,面向全体学生,重视学生的个体差异,关注每个学生的发展。在教学中要认真分析每个学生英语学习的具体情况和困难,确定相应的教学目标和要求,关注学生的非智力因素,重视培养他们的意志品质,让他们认识到良好的意志品质是成功的动因,引导他们正确认识英语学科,树立起战胜困难的信心和勇气,进而逐渐养成良好的英语学习习惯。
