基于教学风格塑造的教学设计指导

教学设计的过程实际上就是为教学活动制定蓝图的过程。好的教学设计可以为教学活动提供科学的行动纲领，使教师在教学工作中事半功倍，取得良好的教学效果。那么，如何在教学设计中体现自己的教学风格，使课堂教学更加有效呢？本次研修活动，我们将一起围绕日常教学中教学风格的塑造，与同伴一起学习教学设计的技巧，探讨教学风格的形成，提升自己的课堂教学能力。

一、活动目标

“基于教学风格塑造的教学设计指导”旨在帮助教师更好地进行教学设计，塑造个人教学风格，提升自己的课堂教学能力，保证课堂教学的有效性。

二、活动简介

主持人精选本坊学员具有代表性的教学设计初稿，评析其优点和不足，给出改进建议，学员根据坊主的改进意见，对自己的教学设计进行打磨优化，并在线上与同伴分享所思所获。

三、活动时间

建议三周。

四、具体步骤

1.活动准备

坊主组织学员分析梳理在日常教学中有关教学风格塑造方面的问题，学员针对自己的问题进行总结与反思，结合本次研修学习和教学实践，根据自己所定的研修主题，选取一节课的教学内容，参考附件中的模板，完成一篇充分体现个人教学风格的教学设计初稿。

2.交流研讨

坊主精选一些具有代表性的教学设计初稿，组织学员进行交流研讨，评析其优点与不足。同时，坊主针对学员教学设计中出现的共性问题，给出自己的改进意见。

3.总结反思

学员结合坊主给出的改进意见，梳理自己在交流研讨活动中的收获，打磨优化教学设计初稿，将打磨过程与教学设计的优化改进之处，以及自己参与活动的所思所获等方面与同伴在线上分享。

Keep trying out your new ideas and maybe some new inventions will be invented by you.
