【教学目标】
1.知识与技能:掌握交通工具的使用以及对交通工具的提问,by+交通工具; take the
+交通工具;ride a/the bike; on foot等,并能独自设计对话。
2.过程与方法:辨别各种交通工具,练习搭配使用单某某。通过听力,合作练习巩固,并做问答练习。
情感态度和价值观:培养学生对日常生活的热爱,学会热爱生活和学习,并呼吁学
生遵守交通规则。
【教学重点】交通工具的使用:ride a/the bike, take the subway, take the rain, walk等以及对使用交通工具的提问:How do you get to...? 以及第三人称的转换。
【教学难点】使用正确的动词搭配 分清by+交通工作和动词加交通工具的区别

【教学过程】
Step 1.Lead-in
1.Warming-up:用多媒体播放一段关于交通工具的英文歌曲视频,设置情境。
The teacher is playing the video while the students look and listen carefully. Then students can sing after it.
2.Teacher ask:How many transportations can you see? If you can’t say it , you can speak Chinese. Let’s play a game with boys and girls and see who is the best?
Students answer: 学生s1, s2, s3.....根据视频内容回答。
Step 2. New Words Learning
The teacher shows some pictures and ask : DO you know what it is ?
Some students answer this question: train, subway,bike....教师适时点拨并教学新单某某及音标,同时训练学生的拼写能力,将这些名词写在黑板的左边,让学生跟读。
Guessing game:听声判断是哪种交通工具。Let’s play a game with boys and girls and see who is the best?
学生热情高,积极参与抢答并说出答案。
教师再次用多媒体呈现一些交通工具的图片,提问How do you get to school?引导学生学习各种交通工具的表达方式,并归纳总结其规律。
(1)Presentation
Picture 1 T ask: How do you get to school? S answer : Take a train
Picture 2 T ask: How do you get to school? S answer : Take a subway
Picture 3 T ask: How do you get to school? S answer : Take a bus
.......
--How do you get to school?
-- I walk to school. = I get/go to school on foot.
/ I ride a bike to school. = I get to school by bike.
/ I take the subway to school. = I get/go to school by subway.
/ I take the bus to school. = I get/go to school by bus.
(2)Pairwork: Ask and answer(用两种方式)
Step3. Practice
1.观看视频How do you get to school? 通过视频展示目标句子及回答。
2.Pairwork:学生操练句型。
A: How do you get to school?
B: I take the train/ bus/ subway; I ride a bike; I walk.
(1). 人称转换 A:How does Bob get to school?
B: He takes the train.
A: How does John get to school?
B: He takes the bus.
(2).Group work(AB问答交通方式,CD复述)
A: How do you get to school?
B: I take the taxi to school.
C: How does he/she get to school?
D: He/She takes the taxi to school.
3.Chain game: 每一列开头同学问后面一位同学How do you get to school?用I take/ride/walk.....回答完毕继续问下一位,直至一列的最后一位,哪一列用时最短就是winner. .
A: How do you get to school?
B: I take the subway. How do you get to school?
C: I take the bus.
Step 4. Making suggestions
The teacher shows the picture in 1a and asks:What can you see in the picture?
The students answer and then finish 1a ,then check it and read it.
The teacher plays the listening and the students finish it ,then check it and read it.
A: How do Bob and Mary get to school?
B: Bob takes the train and Mary takes the subway.
A: How does John get to school?
B: He takes the bus.
A: How do Paul and Yang Lan get to school?
B: They walk. Look! They are o
A: Does Jim walk to school?
B: No, he doesn't. He rides his bike.
Step 5. Discussion
Finish 1c. Make up a new conversation and practice with your partner.
A: --How do you get to school?
B: -- I ......
Step 6. Writing
Make a survey and give a report.
Work in groups and ask your classmates how they get to school. Complete the chart and then give a report.
Step 6 Summary:
(1). take+限定词 (a/an/the/my/his)+交通工具. “乘坐”
(2) by+交通工作. “乘坐”
区别: take+限定词+交通工具 是动词短语
by+交通工具 是介词短语
转换: take+限定词+交通工具+地点 = go/get to+地点+by+交通工具。
eg: I take the train to work.= I get/go to work by train.
(3) Cherish(珍爱)your life!
Please obey the traffic rules . Safety is very important.
请遵守交通规则,安全很重要
Step 7 Homework
First, finish a survey about your family, then write it.
