Step 1. Warming up:

Sing the English song Happy Birthday.

Discuss:What do you do on your birthday?

Learn some key phrases about birthday parties.

step2.Introduction

1. Learn new words in Unit 1, read them together,especially, pay attention to their pronunciation.

2.Without showing the English spelling or Chinese meaning,have a quick test.

step4.Listen and answer.

Check answers and read them together.

Step5.Read and find.
